Meet The Director
With 20 years’ experience, Noelle Dorment, M. Ed, is the owner and director of Changing the Lives of Children with Autism (CLCA), as well as Camp Connections  (CC). Both agencies are experienced autism waiver providers. CLCA and CAMP Connections started in 2007, and have successfully served over 150 families through in home and on-site services. Noelle earned her undergraduate degree in Family Studies from the University of Maryland and her Master’s of Science in Special Education from Trinity college in Washington, D.C. She also taught K- Middle School in the Montgomery County Public School System (MCPS) Autism Program. Her hands-on experience with families of children with autism and other developmental disabilities has proven to be the most invaluable experience, and the most gratifying. Noelle understands that connecting the right resources between school, home, and the community is essential to making the best service impact to families as they go through what could be an emotionally challenging time. She is enthusiastic about her staff and the services that CLCA and Camp Connections provide and is constantly looking for ways to improve and grow in these areas. Noelle lives in Montgomery County with her husband, three kids and their mischievous, but always loving family dogs.

“I started working with children by providing in home ABA services when I was 25 years old. I had such a passion and love for these children that it guided my next and final career path. I couldn’t have asked for a more rewarding and life-changing field! All of the children I have worked with have a special place in my heart, and always will.” – Noelle Dorment, Owner and Director
