Maryland's Leading Autism Waiver Provider

We are passionate about helping families thrive and grow in any way that we can.

Our Adult Life Planning Services Process

The Adult Life Planning Services Practitioner works with each Waiver Participant to identify skills related to independence, self-advocacy, self-direction, natural supports, and the adult service system’s employment options and help guide them into the best direction for their future. They will develop a Treatment Plan containing important steps recommended for parents to follow with actionable items to complete, as well as the timeline for time sensitive actions, such as the DDA application deadlines.
